Getting Started ...
Click on the image to enter the room, Sign in into your Google account (or if you don't have one, create one). Once you've signed in and entered the chat room, you are able to create your own avatar. Starting from a “template” character, you can customize their skin tone, hair color, and eye colors. You can also change your avatar's clothing and accessories. You can try on different pre-set outfits with the Change Outfits button. You can further refine your clothing style once you choose an avatar with your wardrobe. When your avatar is created, you can interact with others in the room.

Avatar movements ...
Click and drag your avatar to walk across the floor. If you drag slowly, you'll stop when you bump into objects in the room. If you drag quickly, you'll pass right through these objects. Double-click any 'walkable' surface to jump to that spot (you might be surprised by which places are walkable). You can also select any object and click Move To to be transported next to the object. To sit down, double-click a chair, stool or sofa. You can use the arrow keys on your keyboard to move the camera around the room, including away from your avatar. The scroll wheel on your mouse will help you to zoom in and out.

Avatar Interactions ...
You can speak to anyone in the room by typing in the chat box. Sometimes a picture really is worth 1000 words. You can make your avatar perform different animations -- like laugh, high-five another avatar, or dance. To perform an animation, just right-click your avatar and select an action from the menu that appears. There are also some shortcuts you can type into the text box that will automatically trigger related animations. Try typing 'lol,' for example.
If you want to interact with another avatar in the room, you can also right-click that avatar and select from a list of two-person animations (like hugging). You can invite your friends to join you in the room by using the the mail envelope icon.

Add to the Room ...
You can add items from your Existing Inventory or you can add items from the Product Catalog.  If an object is movable, a ring will appear around it. To turn an object, hover over the ring until it turns yellow then left-click and hold as you move the mouse to the left/right. To move an object to a different spot, drag the object from any point other than the ring. An object will stick to the surface under its base if the surface is sticky.
